These general conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand between the company QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION, its brand QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION and all natural or legal persons wishing to buy via this website.

By validating his order through the website, the customer declares to accept without conditions and without reservation the various terms and clauses, thus it follows all the entirety of the various general conditions of sale. The customer also declares to be in physical, intellectual and moral capacity to conclude a contract.

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION and the buyer as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through this merchant site. These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION. QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION reserves the right to modify its general conditions of sale at any time without notice: the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Paragraph 1: PRODUCTS

All the products presented on the site are created and marketed only under the brand and under the QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION logo.

Other products from other brands that have a partnership with QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION may also be displayed.

By selecting a product, the detailed description is displayed through the product sheet as follows: size, type, textures, composition, and price.

The images presented on the product sheet are as close as possible to the products and to reality, but sometimes cannot ensure perfect similarities due to very slight differences in hue, material and color in view of the shots of the pictures and the the brightness used at the time of the photos.

This does not change the quality and conformity of the product.

Paragraph 2: THE PRICE

The prices are indicated in Euros all taxes included, the modification of the currency is available at the top of the page. Thus includes: the price of the product, the costs of handling, packaging and storage of the product, excluding processing and transport costs which are applied and detailed when ordering.

QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION reserves the right to modify its prices at any time according to the fluctuation of the prices, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the validation of your order.

THE PRODUCTS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE SELLER UNTIL COMPLETE PAYMENT OF THE PRICE.

Paragraph 3: THE ORDER

Check all the information on the summary of the order, - read and accept these general conditions of sale, - make the payment online under the conditions provided, - confirm your request and payment.

QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse to honor an order for the following reasons: incomplete address or poste restante / incomplete payment / doubt on credit card / incomplete order (Custom wigs).

Paragraph 4: ORDER PRODUCTION DELAY  

Any order of Custom Wigs, coloring, customization and cutting requires a production / tailoring time of 14 to 21 days from the payment of the order. For example, if you confirm and pay for your order on March 1, it will be produced/made within 14 to 21 days and will be shipped from March 15 of the current year.

QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REDUCE THIS PRODUCTION TIME AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Paragraph 5: VALIDATION OF THE ORDER  

The customer therefore acknowledges having read the general conditions mentioned without reservation before any validation of his order, he thus confirms the acceptance of his conditions when he confirmed his order on the site. Any order placed also by the Customer and confirmed by QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION by e-mail and will be binding on the Customer as irrefutable and complete proof of this order as well as confirmation of the Customer's acceptance of the application of these General Conditions of Sale.

Paragraph 6: SERVICES - LACE WIG INSTALLATION BY APPOINTMENT

The customer is free to choose a day and time according to the availabilities proposed in the reservation calendar in the "BOOK ME" section.

Making an appointment requires the payment of a deposit, which corresponds to 25 percent (25%) of the total price of the service. The appointment is confirmed when the payment of the deposit is validated.

The remainder to be paid for the service (75 per cent/75%) is payable on the day of the appointment directly on site in cash or by bank card.

Note that the deposit of 25 percent (25%) is definitively due and is NON REFUNDABLE, in the event of cancellation, impediment or other reasons coming from the customer.

A cancellation must be notified by the client to the service provider at least 24 hours in advance.

An appointment may be postponed by the client provided that he approaches at least 5 days before his initial appointment with the service provider in order to schedule another date.

  In the event of cancellation or impediment on the part of the service provider, namely QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION, the deposit is fully refunded to the customer. A new appointment will then be proposed to him according to his needs and availability.

QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION reserves the right to add a security time of 45 additional minutes for each service to cover an unforeseen event or a delay in the performance of the service.

QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse a lace wig installation service directly on site (i.e. at the place of service, in its salon or at the customer's home) if, after having read the wig sight and touch and that it judges that the quality of the latter is mediocre. In this specific case, the deposit paid by the customer is not refundable.

Note that the QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION categorically refuses a service request for the installation of synthetic or semi-natural wigs. If an appointment has been made for the installation of a synthetic or semi-natural wig, the deposit paid by the customer is not refundable.

For all wigs purchased outside the Collection of this present website, it is imperative to send an e-mail to the service provider QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION with a very good quality photo (pixels, brightness) so that the service provider can judge the quality of the the wig and/or locks.

Paragraph 7: ORDERING A PERSONALIZED WIG - CREATE MY OWN WIG

The customer has the possibility of creating his personalized wig from A to Z by choosing from several variants offered by the seller QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION.

For this product, please refer to paragraph 4 of these general conditions of sale in order to find out about the production times for this product.

The seller has set up a precise description of the product by including advice and steps to follow that will help the customer place his order correctly. It is important to refer to the pages indicated in the description.

The starting price for a custom wig is 100 euros corresponding to the service costs. To this price must be added the criteria of the customer, the price therefore varies according to the added criteria. The final price is indicated at the end of the selection of the customer's criteria, it is then and only then that the customer can validate his order.

No order in the amount of €100 will be accepted by the seller for this product. Any orders that are incomplete and/or without criteria will be automatically canceled by the seller and if the customer has been invoiced, a refund will be made within 7 to 14 days.

Paragraph 8: TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment is made by credit card (CB, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express) via  PayPal. All instructions are given during payment by a secure server.

Our banking platform evolves in a secure environment so that you can pay for your purchases in complete safety.

Your payment is made directly through the secure system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transport on the network. So your credit card numbers are only known by the banking partner.

Paragraph 9: GEOGRAPHICAL AREA

The online sale of the products and services presented on this site is reserved for buyers residing in France, Europe, the overseas departments and territories and internationally.

Paragraph 10: DELIVERY

Delivery is by colissimo for people living in France

Delivery by international colissimo for Europe

Delivery by international Colissimo for the rest of the world.

Delivery times vary from 3 to 12 working days 

(Excluding production time see Paragraph 4) For France and Europe.

Allow 15 days for international delivery outside Europe and DOM-TOM.

Any order placed and validated will be immediately confirmed by sending the customer an e-mail summarizing the order and confirming its receipt. Upon receipt of the payment authorization from the bank, the processing of the order takes place within a maximum of 48 hours.

THE RISKS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER WHEN THE ORDER HAS LEFT THE SELLER'S PREMISES.  

Paragraph 11: RIGHT AND PERIOD OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 7 days. This withdrawal period of 14 days runs from the date of sending the order confirmation e-mail to QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION by choosing the reasons offered in the dedicated tab and without paying a penalty.

Requests should be made: - by e-mail via the "Contact Us" tab 

Once acknowledgment of receipt of your request has been received, returns of products must be made in their original and complete condition (excluding personalized products = Custom Wigs), Uncut veil for wigs, packaging, accessories and labels intact allowing them to be resale in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized management.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

-Accessory products such as scrubs, make-up and personalized hats and wigs.

- goods made according to the specifications requested by the consumer or clearly personalized (optional models).

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the period and conditions mentioned above, only the price of the product will be refunded. The refund will be made in the same method of payment no later than 30 days following the date on which the right was exercised.

Special case

Exceptionally, if a manufacturing defect on the ordered product is proven, the consumer customer is requested to return the entire order within 7 days of receipt of the order. The consumer customer must present proof of purchase. You will then be offered an exchange or refund. In the case of a manufacturing defect, the delivery costs of exchange or refund will be borne by QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION, otherwise or in the event of withdrawal by the customer, the delivery costs will be at his sole expense.

QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION reserves the right to determine whether a manufacturing defect is proven or not.

Paragraph 12: RETURN

Special case

Exceptionally, if a manufacturing defect on the ordered product is proven, the consumer customer is requested to return the entire order within 7 days of receipt of the order. The consumer customer must present proof of purchase. An exchange or refund will then be offered. In the case of a manufacturing defect, the delivery costs of exchange or refund will be borne by QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION, otherwise or in the event of withdrawal by the customer, the delivery costs will be at his sole expense.

QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION reserves the right to determine whether a manufacturing defect is proven or not.

Paragraph 13: WARRANTIES

All the products supplied benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made according to the methods specified on the site, with a reasoned complaint and a copy of the invoice, within 7 days of delivery. To be reimbursed, the product must not

Never - never been worn.

Not - have undergone any modifications (coloring, cutting, etc.)

The packaging must be intact and the shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return the Product to the QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION company within 7 days of receipt, after product expertise and only if the product is not damaged, we will credit your credit card (excluding postage).

Paragraph 14: PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is necessary for order management and commercial relations. In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, information of a nominative nature relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing. Users have a right to access and rectify data concerning them, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978.

Paragraph 15: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of this site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of QUEEN TRYNA COLLECTION. Only use for private use is permitted. Any partial or total reproduction of all or part of the elements appearing on this site is prohibited.

Paragraph 16:  DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction and authority to settle them.

  In case of dispute, an amicable settlement of the dispute is preferred, in the impossibility of this case, the above rules will apply.
